More than 120 years have passed since Everett F. Morse founded the Morse Equalizing Spring Company in 1880.
In 1929, the company joined BorgWarner Inc., established in 1928.
This marked the inception of Morse TEC as a business Division of BorgWarner.
The same spirit of development that infused this forerunner of the Morse Chain Co. was carried over to BorgWarner Morse TEC and continues today.
Over the years, the company has grown to a Global supplier of advanced engine timing and transmission systems, chain transmission systems and, more recently, fluid products with a unique strategic presence.
